HMCTS Probate Lunch and Learn

This upcoming lunch and learn session by HMCTS which will look at practical ways to reduce stops on applications. They’ll share guidance on how to avoid the most common stop reasons and give you insights into how we examine an application so you can better understand what they look for and how to prevent avoidable delays. They will walk through examples, highlight frequent issues, and explain why reducing stops makes a significant difference to overall timelines. The session will close with a Q&A providing the opportunity to ask questions and explore scenarios relevant to your work.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
