The legal sector is evolving, and so are the expectations of the people working in it. Let’s talk about Gen Z is LawCare's new Mental Health Awareness Week webinar exploring how generational differences are shaping the profession and what this means for the future.

Recent discussions in the media and on social platforms have highlighted shifts in career priorities, flexible working, and the evolving culture of law. But how can we turn these conversations into meaningful progress that benefits everyone in the legal community?

Our specially invited panel will share their experiences and perspectives on Gen Z in the legal sector, offering perspectives on how to navigate and bridge these differences. We’ll look at:

✅ What do people starting out in their careers expect and what do they need to thrive?
✅ How can the sector adapt to attract and retain great talent?
✅ How can firms, in-house teams and chambers bridge the gap between generations?

The webinar isn’t just for Gen Z - it’s for everyone involved in the legal sector who wants to be part of a community that evolves with the times. Allies, leaders, and forward-thinkers, we want you to be part of the conversation.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today. The numerous events, awards, socials and conferences I’ve had the pleasure to attend over the years have been, without exception, top quality and supremely organised.
