Hollie Edwards-Davies, Corporate Finance Director, Harbourside Corporate Finance

Hollie is a Director at Harbourside, the corporate finance arm of the accountancy firm, Milsted Langdon. She has an LLB degree in Law, a BSc degree in Applied Accounting and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a member of the Academy of Experts and the Expert Witness Institute and is a Bond Solon accredited expert witness.  Hollie started working with small and high growth businesses over 25 years ago. She has worked with larger multinational groups and supported international trade and investment. She has also worked on large public funded infrastructure projects. She has worked in industry, in government and in practice and since 2015 has specialised in business valuations for commercial, tax and dispute purposes. She also specialises in mergers and acquisitions.
