This event will explore the opportunity to power the South-West economy on the back of decarbonisation of the region. It will cover:

The central pillars of an economic development ‘greenprint’ to enable the region’s economy to take full advantage of decarbonisation.
Financing the region’s decarbonisation revolution.
Establishing the South-West as the hot bed for environmental technology innovations.
The primary policies needed to support the growth of a low carbon-led economy in the region.
Removing the barriers that have the potential to stand in the way of a high performing decarbonisation-powered economy so that future growth opportunities can be maximised.
The skills and local supply chains that need to be established to support the progress of decarbonisation and therefore the South West economic fortunes.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today. The numerous events, awards, socials and conferences I’ve had the pleasure to attend over the years have been, without exception, top quality and supremely organised.
