BLS Menopause in the Workplace Survey

BLS together with Nicola Green Consultancy have launched our menopause survey which focuses on menopause in the workplace and asks those with lived experience of menopause what support they find is available within their organisations and for employers, looks at policies, training, internal support networks and upcoming legislation awareness.

The deadline for submission is 5th November, in order that we can analyse initial findings, in readiness for our Menopause Forum on 18th November. Please sign up via the link on the event page.

The survey questions will adapt to whether you are answering as an individual or in a employer capacity. If you wish to answer in both, then please submit twice in the separate capacities. All answers will be treated confidentially and we look forward to sharing the learnings at our webinar and using the results to inform our 2027 events and resources for members.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
