Our team recently collaborated with an independent research firm to conduct in-depth interviews with 63 senior land development professionals across England, Scotland, and Wales.

We gained invaluable insights into the land development sector, showing us what’s currently of concern to developers and how they’re reacting to recent changes in the technological and legislative landscape.

For example, data issues were a consistent theme in our interviews when we asked about technology adoption, with three separate concerns identified by around a quarter of respondents. These concerns were around data quality (27%), data integration (24%), and data security (19%).

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
