Our latest research offers insights into the tech, regulation and sustainability trends that are shaping the land development sector today, highlighting exactly where priorities lie in 2025.

Key findings include:

Lack of funding/dedicated technology budget remains a key challenge (47%) as does the shortage of skilled personnel (38%)
AI and virtual reality solutions will be more readily used by 73% of developers in 2025
Commitment to green investment is on the rise with 65% saying it will be a higher priority

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
