The UK’s top conveyancing firms, legal practices, housebuilders and wider property professionals are invited to make nominations for The Conveyancing Awards, as event organiser, Globespan Media confirms entries are open.

With 14 diverse categories shining a spotlight on individual and team successes as well as the industry’s innovators, disruptors and rising stars, The Conveyancing Awards promises a memorable evening celebrating those shaping the future of property law.

Daniel Hill, Director at Globespan Media and Founder of The Conveyancing Awards comments: “This marks an exciting milestone as we build momentum towards the very first Conveyancing Awards. Much consideration has gone into crafting the 14 categories to celebrate excellence across the full breadth of the industry.

The 14 categories to be recognised on Thursday 14 May 2026 at The Londoner Hotel are:

  • Best Wales and Midlands Conveyancing Team

  • Conveyancing Team of the Year
  • Conveyancer of the Year
  • Best Use of Technology in Conveyancing
  • New Build Conveyancer of the Year
  • Outstanding Client Care in Conveyancing
  • Rising Star in Conveyancing
  • Supplier Innovation & Support Award

Since launching, appetite from the conveyancing sector for this fresh new ceremony has accelerated rapidly. Globespan Media has confirmed CLSQ, First Title, Move Reports, Stewart Title and TM Group as event partners, alongside headline sponsor, Showhouse Searches. The Conveyancing Foundation is also confirmed as charity partner.

 

Dan adds: “The response from the industry has been fantastic, there’s a real buzz and sense of excitement. The Awards being multi-disciplinary has really resonated in terms of how the sector collaborates and operates, and this has been a key factor in us securing these new partnerships.

Entries for The Conveyancing Awards cost £150 + VAT for up to three categories and will close at midnight on 14 March 2026.
