Robert Moody

Bristol Law Society was saddened to learn of the sudden death of Robert Moody on Monday, 18 August.

His memorial service will take place at East Harptree Parish Church on Wednesday 4 September 2013 at 2.30 pm.

From the mid 1960's until his retirement in 1996 Robert was a partner and former Managing Partner of Trumps (a legacy firm of TLT). He undertook private client work and was known for his modesty, charm, good humour and generosity- particular towards his colleagues. He was a learned man with many interests and achievements outside his legal practice.

He is survived by his widow, Liz and family.

BLS breaks down barriers and brings those in the profession together for the greater good. We are proud of our long-standing association with BLS.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
