SRA Supervision guidance now updated following Mazur decision

The SRA have updated their guidance on effective supervision after the Court of Appeal decision on Mazur vs Others. You are advised to read the guidance in to help make sure your arrangements are lawful, while case studies are included to support you.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society.
