Weston College is hosting a practical and inspiring 1-day workshop designed especially for those who line-manage apprentices; or who are preparing to line manage and mentor.

Apprenticeships are a powerful way to build business capability and develop your workforce from within. But for apprentices to truly thrive, they need effective support, guidance and development from the people managing them day-to-day.

This practical course is designed to upskill line managers, whether experienced or new to managing apprentices, with the tools, techniques and knowledge needed to mentor and coach apprentices effectively. Whether you have an apprentice from Weston College, through another provider or now looking to support an upcoming apprentice within your business; this course is for any member of staff looking to upskill.
