Clinical Negligence/ Personal Injury Solicitors, Wards

We have vacancies for talented and ambitious Clinical Negligence /Personal Injury solicitors, to join our highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised Team in our award-winning firm.
The role would initially be based at our Staple Hill office working with the Head of Department Alison Underhill https://wards.uk.com/meet-the-team/alison-underhill/ You would manage your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision. Where it suits clients, we offer a hybrid working policy albeit the initial few weeks are office based.
Key abilities include :
- Running cases from onboarding of the clients to settlement or trial;
- Strong drafting skills;
- Strong communication skills both at professional and client level;
- Paying attention to detail;
- Strong organisational skills;
- IT awareness and the ability to work paper light;
- Excellent soft skills and the ability to advise clients clearly and sensitively;
- Confidence to network effectively and work with the Marketing Team on initiatives; and
- Demonstrating strong technical skills and legal knowledge.
We have a high-quality caseload and support our clients through complex and often life changing claims. The Team is supported by all other departments within the business working closely with our Trusts, Court of Protection and Wills & Probate Teams.
Location and working hours
Full-time (office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) initially from our Staple Hill office.
We offer hybrid working on 3 days in the office 2 days at home basis post an induction period in the office. We offer this only where it suits the clients and the business and ask our people to flex to clients’ needs.
