Our team now consists of 20+ family lawyers. Recent awards for the team/team members, include, Resolution Regional Champion 2023, Law Society Recognising Excellence 2021.
Our founder, Ian Walker, is a director and an elected member of the National Committee of Resolution. Our team includes members of Resolution’s national specialist committees concerning: Children, Standards, Cohabitation and Dispute Resolution. We were amongst the first teams nationally to train in and to offer Resolution Together. The Opportunities
- Child Law Specialist Solicitor 3+ PQE to join our Somerset team which is centred on our Taunton office. You will ideally already be a member of the Law Society Children Panel. Salary; Competitive and depending on experience.
- Children Panel Members – we are always happy to hear from solicitors who are children panel members and who are wanting to make a change. Panel members can be based at different locations including Exeter, Taunton, Bristol. Competitive salaries.
- Divorce Specialist Solicitors 3+ PQE to join our Exeter team and our Somerset team which is centred on our Taunton office. You will ideally have already achieved accreditation with Resolution or the Law Society, and have trained in out of court resolution, (any of; Mediation, Collaborative Law, Resolution Together), but if not, you will aspire to become accredited and enhancing your skills. Salary Competitive and depending on experience.
- Divorce Specialist Solicitor 7+ PQE to help drive the development of our Bristol You will ideally be established in Bristol, have a following and already achieved accreditation with Resolution or the Law Society, and have trained in out of court resolution, (any of; Mediation, Collaborative Law, Resolution Together), but if not, you will aspire to become accredited and enhancing your skills. Salary Competitive and depending on experience.
- A pre-existing team we will welcome contact from pre-existing teams of family lawyers who are looking for a new home in a specialist family law practice. (South-West)
- Support team members Our lawyers are fantastic, but they are only able to be their very best with good support working alongside them. We are therefore very happy to receive applications from Paralegals, Legal Secretaries, Legal Assistants with good family Law experience. Good packages and flexible working are available depending upon location and experience.
