Non-contentious Construction Associate, Thrings, Bristol
Our Real Estate department are looking for an Associate to join the non-contentious Construction team based in Bristol. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team, with responsibility given to you to work directly with clients. Ideally you will have experience of:
- Construction legislation and practice
- Drafting and negotiating JCT and, NEC forms of contract and drafting bespoke schedules of amendments
- Drafting and negotiating professional consultant appointments
- Drafting and negotiating collateral warranties and bonds/guarantees
- Working knowledge of contract law and dispute resolution process
- Clean and renewable energy/projects experience would be beneficial
