Due to our continued success and growth during 2025/26, we have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor, 5 years PQE, to join our busy and highly regarded conveyancing team in our Henleaze office.

You will be dealing with a wide range of residential property transactions to include:-

Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build);
Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership);
Re-mortgaging;
Transfers of equity;
Equity release;
Right to buy; and
Lease extensions.

We have well respected roots within the Henleaze community . We need a candidate who is confident with networking and marketing within the community and wider area.

Our ideal candidate will:

Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
Be familiar with case management systems
Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
Be a team player who is enthusiastic about marketing, networking and business development.

Location and working hours

Full-time (office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) in our Henleaze High Street office.

We offer hybrid working on 3 days in the office 2 days at home basis post an induction period in the office. We offer this only where it suits the clients and the business and ask our people to flex to clients’ needs.
