The Law Society – Pride in the Law Survey 2026

In 2021, The law Society Pride in the Law survey gave a comprehensive insight into LGBTQ+ experiences in the workplace. Now, it wants to understand what has changed and where the profession needs The Law Society's support.

The 2026 Pride in the Law survey will help shape the next phase of EDI strategy work on LGBTQ+ inclusion across the solicitor profession in England and Wales.

The Law Society want to hear from LGBTQ+ solicitors and allies to help us identify where our guidance and support will have the greatest impact. It welcomes and encourages everyone’s participation, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, location or career stage. Anything shared will be completely anonymous and secure.

Three things to say about my experience of working with Bristol Law Society. Their central team, council members and general hangers-on are just about the nicest, most generous group of people working in the legal sector today.
