We have launched the inaugural Bristol Women in Business Awards - celebrating the city leading the way in gender equality

The awards will take place on Thursday 12 March 2026 at Bristol Museum, celebrating the organisations and individuals driving real progress on inclusion and equity across the region.

Since the Bristol Women in Business Charter’s founding in 2019, Bristol has been leading the way in creating workplaces where women thrive. These awards are all about shining a light on the brilliant people, teams and projects across our Bristol who are making a real difference for women in the workplace.

It’s a great chance to recognise your colleagues, celebrate what’s working well internally, and share the impact you're making across the region.

The awards evening will take place on Thursday 12 March 2026 at Bristol Museum — and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic night.

Early Bird tickets are available until 31 December 2025, with discounts for group bookings and full tables of 10, so it’s a great time to secure your places.

This evening is a chance for us all to come together as Bristol Employers, celebrating the progress being made for all women in Bristol, and recognise the people behind the change. We’d love to see as many of you there as possible — with your teams, colleagues and supporters alongside you.
