Wessex Searches new platform launch

Wessex Searches is launching a new online ordering platform that will provide an improved services for its clients.

The new system, which will offer improved customer service and ease of ordering, has been designed to streamline processes, allowing the team to serve their customers more efficiently while maintaining their personal, professional and proactive service they are accustomed to.

Once customers have registered and set up a profile, they can take advantage of a range of services including:

view and pay invoices online
streamlined ordering process
land registry mapping
anti money laundering searches.

The platform offers a self-serve online registration for new customers and a guest checkout facility.

In addition, customers can invite new users to their accounts and set up new branches, as well as send and track queries through the portal.

Wessex Searches manager Samantha Barker said: ‘We are delighted to be able to offer this new and improved service to our customers. We pride ourselves on our customer service and this new online system will not only speed up the process for customers, but also free up our staff to ensure we can continue to give an excellent personal, professional and proactive service.’

The new system will launch at 9am Monday 23rd June 2025.
